    Ingredients

Please see recipe card below for exact quantities.

    • Greek yogurt - I like to use plain or vanilla Greek yogurt, but you can use whatever yogurt you like. Opt for a higher fat yogurt for a creamier texture.
    • Honey - liquid sweeteners work best for this recipe, such as honey, maple syrup, or agave nectar.
    • Vanilla extract - for a pop of delicious vanilla flavour.
    • Yogurt mix-ins - feel free to customize the yogurt base above with your choice of mix-ins to enhance the flavour or nutrition. You can use: cocoa powder, nut butters, spices, jams and purees, extracts, protein powder or other supplements, and more!
    • Toppings - have some fun and top your yogurt bark off with all sorts of delicious toppings: nuts, seeds, fresh or dried fruits, coconut flakes, chocolate chips, granola, crushed pretzels, cookie crumbs, and more!

    Storage

Store the yogurt bark in an air-tight container or freezer bag in the freezer for up to 3 months. Make sure to keep them frozen right up until you're ready to enjoy them!

    Toasty's Tips

    • Create different flavours by using a variety of toppings and ingredients on different parts of the yogurt bark. This will create some fun variety, great for entertaining guests, for picky eaters, or if you get bored easily of the same flavour!
    • Make sure to freeze the yogurt bark for at least 4 hours before taking them out. This will ensure that they are fully hardened.
    • Spread the yogurt mixture into a thin layer for a crispy bark. A thinner bark will melt faster, however, so if prefer yogurt bark that melts a bit more slowly when out at room temperature, make sure to spread your yogurt into a thicker layer.
    • Opt for a higher fat yogurt for a creamier texture. Lower fat yogurts will be more icy in texture due to the higher water content, however they will still work fine in this recipe as well.
    • Feel free to add your favourite choice of nuts, seeds, dried fruits, supplement powders, or other mix-ins as you like. Both the yogurt bark mixture and toppings are easily customizable!
    • Feel free to adjust the amount of sweetener in this recipe to your tastes.
    • You can break these apart into whatever size you like, which makes them great for portion control. Feel free to use your hands to break them apart, or cut them into slices using a knife.
